so here's my list so far its been quite successful

hq
lord with res orb and viel
nightbringer

troops
12 warriors
12 warriors
12 warriors
12 warriors

elites
8 immortals

fast attack
5 destroyers
10 scarabs

heavy support
monloith
monolith

list total 2488

so the tactics with this one is use 2 warrior squads to hold home objectives while the other two take enemy objectives

the c'tan will make people think twice about assaulting me and the ork horde list becomes usless

the monoliths are their to provide fire support and anti tank fire power

Because I'm curious, what's your plan for the 'ard boyz version of Dawn of War deployment? (All troops & HQ deploy.) How do you see that changing, depending on whether you get first turn or not?

that's actually where this list shines the lord and two warrior squads deploy, first turn the night bringer destroyers, immortals and scarabs show up(and if its kill points the rest of the army deploys) turn 2 monoliths and warriors show, up then use lords veil to transport another squad of warriors you know have two monoliths and 36 warriors in your opponents deployment zone

its a decent list its the first ive seen in awhile where your planing on taking the objectives with offence instead of only playing deffence. your phase out numer is good, but personaly i think NB is .

its to counter demons, and ork armies, and deathwing, and any other terminators, and infiltrating shrike and his wing ( you do not want him your backyard) so i think I'm justified in taking him

You are relying entirely on Monoliths to kill everything it seems.

Very killable 1x Immortals and 1x Destroyers...warriors that probably won't run from shooting but will run from assault seems to be your armies strong point.

Not a good viable ard boyz army.

the monoliths are there to keep me out of combat, and the reason i don't have that many destroyers is because if every list is running 10+, and minimum warriors that's why they phase out. besides the only ordnance template in the army is located on the monolith, and it's much easier to kill a squad with ordinance then with massed fire

Also, your monliths only have a 50% chance of showing up in turn 2. SO I think it would be more appropriate to say 1 monolith and 24 warriors in the enemies deployment on turn 2. On turn 3: 2 monoliths, 12 necron warrior reenforcements, and what ever is left of the 24 warriors who deployed in turn 2, in your enemies deployment zone.

It's much harder than you think to Phase Out a Cron army. It's much easier to do when your opponent has something like a C'tan. You could buy so much with 360 points... and do so much more than you could with the Nightbringer. My .02 USD would be to drop the sucker, and drop either the Immortals or Destroyers, and then get more of whatever you kept. Get Warriors with leftover points, and you have a viable army.

Catch me if you can.

If the Monoliths are keeping you out of combat they're not being used for anti-tank. If you are pie-plating squads you're not keeping your units out of combat. Your phase out is 15. Most good players will just go after your Warriors and ignore the rest. You're not going to be able to keep all your Warriors within WBB range and Emperor forbid you start getting into CC.

about the c'tan how many other units in the cron army can
a. walk right through terminator squads
b. keep horde armies from assaulting you
c. make it so that demons will not get any type of save

and i don't really have any other models

The tactics you are planning on using for this list I do not believe are any good. AS Stelek Said, your immortals and destroyers will die pretty easily. Also, getting tons of warriors in your opponents deployment zone wont work against most armies, especially at hard boyz, for several reasons:
1. You will be there ahead of the Nightbringer, and immortals, and destroyers so you will be trying to fight your opponents full army with about half of yours.
2. If your opponent has anything with any assault power at all, your warriors will disappear. 5th edition has made warrior heavy lists MUCH weaker.
3. As people have already said, you have no way to be sure that your 4 units of reserve will all arrive in turn 2. In fact, this is quite a gamble.

I can think of lots of lists that would not have much trouble blowing this away.

Also, I have been saying this about a lot of necron lists lately, but since you are using the monolith for anti-tank and your immortals and destroyers won't last long, you simply do not have the firepower necessary to to win. especially at range. I do not foresee this list doing well at all at 'ard Boyz.

It's still only 75 models at 2500 points.

When you consider that you can run 60-ish Gray Knights at 2100 points or so it seems that this army can be outnumbered by even the scant numbers of the GKs. I think you'll be ruthlessly outnumbered in most missions.

first off I can change tactics depending on which army i fight if its a close combat army of course I am going to stay back to shoot. however if i was facing a army such as tau then i actually think it is much better to assault then to shoot.

about the destroyer lord scarabs I've found its not effective at all and will sit their in combat for 3-4 turns before either they die or the enemy dies
