If you showed up with 4 BW and 2 lootwagons that was Tourney legal and WYSIWYG, you would get a big thumbs up from me!
If you showed up with dollar store tonka trukks you would get a frownie face.
The thing that you have going for you is those BW are zero liability in the 'ardboy rules. But your elites are possibly a liability as they will cough up 2 KPs per elite in 2 of the missions and 4 nob units go down and hard and fast. A vehicle-hunting army could tear you to shreds, or not. very random. And you really only have 3 valid scoring units as your 4-man troop nob is hamburger.
I could see how it could go VERY WELL for you in many circumstances.

Heh not to worry, the looted wagons are a lemon russ and a predator. The battle wagons are scratch built labors of love few years old, as for the anti tank thing, your right. I'm hoping most people gear up for anti-horde and anti MEQ. If somebody can drop all for av4 I only took the Nobs so I can get the battle wagons. I mightget rid of the pain doks for more boys or grots.

I dunno. You need those nobs to be as durable as possible because killing them all will give 7 KPs. I would almost consider deploying them on foot with the boyz and not in the BW. In the BW, the BW becomes top priority to get the points inside, Empty they have NO VALUE and then the nobs become the focus. They could soak up lots of cover saves if people are smart enough to focus on them.
And a dirty little trick could be to deploy and run the nob squads next to each other so epople 'think' they are larger and more durable than they really are.
I am kinda curious about the 'ard boyz' and the quality of opponents we will see. Most tourneys I have done locally people play 4th edition lists because that is the models they have. I heard Vegas GT had lots of 'wonky' lists that didn't have 5th edition in mind. Orks have a natural advantage because our codex was written with 5th in mind.
Good luck! I don't have enough assembled and Painted BWs so I am doing a total swamp army with no vehicles. I am more trying to go just to see what people are using since a swamp takes little tactics on my part to play.

Where are you at? I like that list a lot and don't want to face it. My favorite army are orks, but they are on the back burner for 5th until i get the models i need for the change (used to run bike heavy speed freaks)

I think at 2500 this list has LOTS of problems and inefficiencies.
The concept is nice, but as you look at the details, a number of re-organising moves would give a much more efficient (and winning) build.
(1) HQ. At 2,500 there is a strong case for taking Ghazghkull Thraka. He will go in one battlewagon (taken as Heavy). He will be accompanied by 20 boys, 2 big shootas, nob with powerfist (troops)For two whole turns when he calls a waargh he will have a 2+ invulnerable save and your whole army will be fearless! Don't beat around the bush, rip the enemies throat out! Give Battlewagon 4 Big shootas (only).
(2) Rather than 3 piddly squads of 3 nobs, suggest 1 BIG squad of 10. Cyborg bodies all around. Painboy of course, but mostly you will be inflicting it. Give them 10 kombi scorchas, that's right 10 STR 5 flamer templates. Should give most armies something to ponder when you fry them all and then burn the rest of them! And then smash them to powder. 8 big coppas and 2 powerclaws. snip, snip, snip. Ride in Battlewagon, Deff Rolla only. Don't put too many points in upgrades. claws, just to be sure of it.
(3) Dump Looted wagons. Armour is too thin, range is too short. 2,500! take HQs god damn it! One big mek with SAG is your big template weapon. He's much easier to hide, shoots twice as far, and has better AP2. The gun is temperamental, so what, live a little! Personally i think you could dump the SAG mek and take ANOTHER WARBOSS. Throw him in with the nobs and the painboss and let him also FEEL NO PAIN with cyborg body. WAAAARGH.
(4) Take Kommandos. Orks can't deep strike, you need to give the other guy something to distract him, while your main teams get their movement happening.
(5) Take Stormboys. Same reasoning. time their moves for when the waargh makes em fearless. Small sqauds with PK for krunching things.
(6) Warbuggies are good, just a few. More speedy options are better.
Look, I'm not going to go into all the details of rewriting the whole list, just show you a couple of nice mega-units you wanto to put in the heart of the army. You DON"T NEED five battlewagons, or five deffrollers. They will clutter your deployment, get in your own way, and confuse issues. Take 2 Battlewagons. Put 2 extremeley scary units in them. If you take two warbosses, both can be transports for two BIG squads of nobs, taken as troops, and tooled up as I suggested. HA HA HA! They can have 10 combi scorchas each and hit like the proverbial ton of bricks.
2,500 is heaps to build an army with.
Ork flim-flam is cheap so take MORE killer kans, plenty of buggies, stormboys and other handy things, Kommandos, all of which can MOVE. You still have your mobile concept, but have invested it in fewer big things that clutter the board. And a lot of hard hitting, fast targets. With a double waargh, ork boys are fast too.
The most important thing is to have BIG squads of nobs rather than small, so that the points invested in a painboy get a more efficient return. That and remove the excessive point invested in Battlewagons and Looted wagons and get faster more flexible options happening
You made me think of an ork list at 2,500 points, which I'd better go and write up now!

I disagree with almost all of your positions because of the details of the 'ard boy missions. A few things his list has in his favor:
*dedicated transports give no KPs
*Nigthfight round 1 on some missions
*Misssion 3 gives 2KP if you do not have an elite/ FA/heavy and gives 2 KP if they are wiped out.
I don't think a balanced list would do well at all. A swamp'em KP starving list will, BW bash will. I think people will be woefully unprepared to deal with BW and will waste resources killing tanks that net them no points which is a good tactic IMHO.

Here's an alternitive list, Idk if i like it as good as the first one, as it will depend more on cover-saves than anything else. It has a lot more bodies but armor.

Orc Town Grot brings up some very good points. I personally Like Kommandos with snikrot as an elite choice, ambush, they come in 6" on ANY TABLE SIDE. That really helps take out the really "shooty" armies. Also, Gahz is VERY good. 6" wagggggh on t2 or t3 is better than a 1" wagggggh on t2 or t3, right? or is 1 now suddenly better 6? haha. Point is, gahz is only really usefull in 2k games and up IMO. also, Meganobz = terminators, but better. Terms have better weapons, but for 400pts, you have 10 2+ save, TL shoota, PK guys that can roll into combat in a BW with deffRolla. I think that spells R A P E. What you could do with that is drop and extra 5 or 10pts and go with combi schorca/shootas. Also, if you do decided on the kommandos, go with 12 regular kommandos, 2 kommandos with burnas and snikrot. He is really easy to custom build, nob body, and 2 swords, or knifes, what ever you wish. He is really tooo good to pass up.
As for the storm boys, well, they can deep strike, with the new rules, its eh, IMO, but zagstruck is really good also, and with zag, you can sac a d3 stormboys to assult the same turn that you deepstirke, so if the kommandos and the stormboys both come in on t2, with gahz and the meganobs in a wagon, WAAAAGGGGGHHHHing on t2 with those 3 units, well that Againg spell R A P E. Orcs are hard to build, you just have too many options you can do. If you want, run all boys. 1 bajillion orcs is OP. but yeah, that is all i have for now, thanks!
