So Im getting into Hordes now from Warhammer. Im loving the look of the models and such and am looking forward to my first game.

however... I picked up the box set for the Trollbloods... Is Madrak Ironhide supposed to be on a small base? He looks like he is supposed to go into a medium base. Did I get the wrong one? I thought Id ask before I trim him down to fit into a small base.

Thanks.

If you get the rulebook, it should say the base size in the unit entry.

Yep, medium base. In fact, other than pygmy trolls, all trollbloods go on medium or large (for Dire troll) bases.

Which is a beautiful thing

Enjoy trolls! They're pretty awesome.

Guinness: for those who are men of the cloth and football fans, but not necessarily in that order.

Im looking forward to playing them.

Looks like Im gonna have to stop by the game store and pick up some bases or something... Irks me that it came with a wrong size base.

email Adam at the PP Front Desk frontdesk@privateerpress.com. You might have to give him the 'packed by' number (the slip of paper that was in the box) but he'll get you a new base.

I agree whole heartedly with Syr8766! I bought a box of Blighted Ogruns for the Legion and I was missing a set of legs. I emailed PP at the address Syr8766 gave and in less than a week I had the legs for free.
