Fateweaver and the changeling must have, Fiends or soul grinder for distraction banners lots of banners lol, Max out your troops I had a squad of 20 BloodLetters go though 2 squads of 30 boyz.

Ladies Love the Vibro-Cannon Operator

Two large packs of Plague Bearers with icons, each in one section for safe summoning. Two Greater Daemons preferably Bloodthristers, and two or three Daemon Princes. The remaining troops are personal preference. I'd go for Horrors for horde control.

wuestenfux speaks the truth. Plaguebearers with icons are a must. I'd say from there you should pick your favorite elite choice x 3 and then build your list around them.
Personally, after taking the requisite plaguebearers, I would max out on elites & heavy support.

Plaguebearers are about the only thing I'd agree with so far.
With Greater Daemons, my current thinking goes either take two, or take none.

I don't know how anyone else gets anything done without a soulgrinder, preferably a pair of them. same with flamers, if the opponent left anything even slightly massed up and on the board out of transport, a 3 flamer suicide squad will eat them alive.
