Was looking over the new space marine codex and I couldn't help but notice that the Master of the Forge has the Blessing of the Omnissiah rule allowing him to attempt to repair vehicles, the rule says there's a bonus to the roll for having a servo harness or servitors with servo arms, but it never cites that you have to have a servo arm to attempt to use this rule.

If you take the conversion beamer upgrade for the Master of the Forge he trades in his servo harness and bolter leaving him without a servo arm but it seems he could still repair vehicles, he would just lose the +1 on his roll. Am I right in reading it this way or did I miss something?

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

That's correct. BotO doesn't require a servo-arm.

As a rule of thumb, the designers do not hide "easter eggs" in the rules. If clever reading is required to unlock some sort of hidden option, then it is most likely the result of wishful thinking.

But there's no sense crying over every mistake;
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
