Not a purchase list...just wanted to think about someting besides foot-slogging.

Indeed the main idea came from your 'Ardboyz DH list,Stelek.

Both Templars and Deamonhunters can take many riders,but templars cannot compress their costs of their other units as inquisitors did.

In order to hold the least close combat ability...I think 4 landriders is the limit.Could more vehicles be introduced?

If you run that many land raiders, you really aren't running a CC army anymore.

I think 3 is about the max you can run and pack a punch.

At least at 1750.

1850 maybe you can squeeze in 4, but CC ability? I don't see why you would bother.

Run 5 or 6 LR instead. Get alot more mileage out of those than you will a single unit of terminators.

Having flamers really helps keep the hordes away. Everyone else you can usually shoot to death.

Can you take templars as allies? No. Generic space marines only.

However, you can run the new space marines as allies in DH and WH armies...something people haven't really thought about yet (they're still all gaga over Vulkan).

Marines have lots of answers to lots of current army builds.

The most important is being able to ignore cover saves in huge ways.

Which is what most Xenos builds are all about, getting saves so you are only 1 pip away from marine capability.

Well, it works against most Xenos builds but against Marines it won't work that way.

Well,there is a new seat for template weapon in 5th.

But just as you pointed in other tread,marines cannot gather as many template weapons as sisters or inquisitors have,in the same points.Even salamanders cannot too.

And marines have whirlwinds.But templars have no whirlwinds at all.And no LRR now.

So...something have to be introduced to negate the everywhere-cover-saves.Could it be something other than sisters?

Nasty list, tokugawa. I would be hard-pressed to have my pair of Multi-Melta Landspeeders and Squadron of Attack Bikes (with Multi-Meltas too, of course) take that down. In other words, not a chance on my part.

Definitely has the mobility and firepower to make it count. I would consider taking an Inquisitor Lord and Inquisitor with pared down attachments to try and squeeze in another Land Raider. Ditch everything extra if you have to. Something like this:

EC - Abhor the Witch - 115
Inq Lord - 3 Servitors - 63
(Land Raider Transport) - 250

Inquisitor - 20
(Land Raider Transport) - 250

Crusaders (5) - 80
(LRC Transport) - 268

1742 Points.

3 LRCs, 2 LRs, and a surprising 15 scoring models (which is high given that you have 5 Land Raider models in the list).

All I can say is that I'd absolutely hate to fight that.
