I was able to get my hands on 4 sets of the orcs from AoBR
Here the list with minor modeling modifications:
1850 Pts
HQ: 2x Warboss; Power Klaw; Slugga; Stikkbombs; Bosspole
Elite: 2x 9 Nobz; Choppa (x7); Power Klaw (x2); Slugga (x9); Bosspole (x1); Painboy
Troops: 4x 19 Boyz; Choppa & Slugga; Big Shoota (x2); Nob; Power Klaw; Slugga; Bosspole
Fast Attack: 3x 4 Deffkoptas; Choppa; Twin Linked Big Shoota
Total Roster Cost: 1850
Itll be a Goff's Clan.
Consider this the start point. Im looking for minor list modifications to improve its game play. As well as recommendations for future purchases. Anti tank is about nil - the War Bosses will stay close to the front looking for cans to open with their power claws.

First, nobs NEED a waaaagh banner. It makes them way better (hitting on 3+ instead of 4+ vs MEQ)
Second Koptas should have 1 buzzsaw per squad (at least) so that they can outflank, and wreak havoc on unsuspecting tanks/dev squads etc...
Third, nobs need some sort of armour (I would say cybork)
Fourth, maybe combi-skorchas on PK nobs?
In order to get these points I would drop 2 koptas (for 2 squads of 5) and if needed a nob from each nob squad.
All that said, these are minor tweaks. The list looks pretty awesome to me.
For 2000 points I would switch up the slugga boys squads to 3 squads of 30, add in all the things taken out above and trukks for both nobs squads.
Or trim a bit and give the nobs BWs (though for this approach a KFF would be good)

Thank nrs02004 for the feedback - exactly the stuff Im looking for!
Ill add waaaagh banners to the Nobs - Ill drop one Nob from each. And give what ever left over point as Heavy armor to help keep the PK alive.
For the Koptas - I think Ill upgrade to twin-linked rokkit launchas rather than go with the Buzzsaws - I have no experience with them.
Ill add combi-skorchas on PK nobs when I get them into trucks
Ill drop 2 of the Koptas for the points to get the TL rokkits.

I'd maybe try and convert them to get some Shoota Boyz in there probably just a weapon swap.

Use the Deffkoptas either in 5's or in 1's, not inbetween. With 2-4, losing a single model means checking morale. At 5's you can take a casualty without checking, and at 1's they're expendable, most of the time sucking overkill fire out of something more important, or it will be ignored, both good. Bigshootas are ok, since with outflank shooting rear armor is easier.
I'd take 2x Squads of 5 Deffkoptas, or 3 single models, or a combination of those.
You could also mod one of the Warboss into a Big Mek with KFF, or just buy one. A good HQ for a footslogging army.
If you got some points, use rokkits in some boyz squads. Oh and shoota boys are kinda better if you're going on foot.

Ill go 2 units of 5 and 1 unit of 1 with the Deffkoptas. I havent decided on the armament though. I think TL Rokkits is the way to go though. Having some ranged high strength shooting could be key. If not then all the boys squads get rokkits. If so then none of the boys get rokkits as I think time will be better spent running.
I was thinking of modeling one HQ as a Big Mek with KFF as well. Would 2 be better?
I wish some of if not all of the boys were shoota boys actually. Id love pick some up. In the end, I think Ill end up going with Battle wagons converted from some Imperial Guard tanks I have laying around. Just need to get some inspiration on how to do them. All in all though I cant complain as I now have a 2000 point army for 130 bucks.

Grot riggers are almost worthless in non roller battlewagons. You won't really want to leave your guys hanging out in a transport for a whole turn on the chance it might get repaired. besides, trucks have a higher chance of blowing up than being immobilized. If you end up taking 2 warboss, run the nobs as troops instead, so they can be scoring. Put 1 buzzsaw in each kopta squad, having powerfists is nice vs vehicles, and infantry. (and gives you a chance to wound MC)
When i run nob squads i make sure each one is different, so you can do funny things with wounds to make them live longer. And i don't take very large squads unless they are foot sloggers for some weird reason.
I imagine your boyz are all sluggas? I run my 30 packs as shootas, with 3 big shootas, so I can get more rounds of doing what orks are actually good at: shooting. Sure orks are good in assault, but in assault they only get a 6+ save, in shooting they SHOULD get 4+ or 5+ cover.
