Talking with a friend from Toledo today who I am painting for, he mentioned wraithguard are big there, so i thought Id write a list to see what people think. With such an expensive base there isnt much variety to add.
He mentioned Maugan Ra but Ive never used him, and he seems expensive for what he does, to me at least. I thought the avatar would be a good choice for when things get close. And the whole army is fearless.

I personally love this list, as i ove love wraithguard in large numbers and the wraithlord, you have made excellent choices in all areas, except you may want to put more anti tank on the wraithlords.
I love eldrad but only in an Ulthwe list as i am old school but only being 16 lol and i think doesnt belong here although he is the best seer in all of eldar and maybe should stay but i would suggest if you need more points drop him and pick up a normal seer with only a few things to give you more points to play with.
One major flaw though is that you lack the ability to absorb alot of fire and for armies like tau you will suffer alot.

Looks good to me. Obviously not the most competitive army but should be fun stuff.

i dont always think so... toughness 6 goes far against dakka. the trick with this army is to fight the urge to shoot and run for 2 turns to get them in the range of stuff to actually shoot.
there are 2 big reasons to not use the Avatar:
1.the avatar is not neccesary for the fearless aspect.
2.that is another target for eldrad.
eldrad is going to be using fortune 2x a turn for the wraithguard, leaving the avatar open for heavy bolter/firewarrior/some other med str dakka squad death. that 155 points will go far, also you should drop the pathfinders to 8 max, giving you 24 more points. squig_herder is correct, b lances on the wraithlords would not be a bad idea, Bs4 is kinda hard to come by on those and is also nice for picking out Hqs. i also like a "dakka" variant of the wraithlord, scatter laser and a templating EML is a good choice there.
so now,
HQ: Eldrad Ulthran (1#, 210 Pts)
Troops: Wraithguard (11#, 399 Pts)
10 Wraithguard @ 399 Pts
1 Spiritseer (Warlock) @ [49] Pts
Conceal
Singing Spear
Troops: Wraithguard (11#, 399 Pts)
10 Wraithguard @ 399 Pts
1 Spiritseer (Warlock) @ [49] Pts
Conceal
Singing Spear
Troops: Pathfinders (Rangers) (8#, 192 Pts)
Troops: Dire Avengers (10#, 152 Pts)
9 Dire Avengers @ 108
1 Exarch @ 44 Pts
2x Dire Avenger Catapults
Bladestorm
Heavy Support: Wraithlord (1#, 130 Pts)
1 Wraithlord @ 130 Pts
Flamer (x2); Bright Lance
Heavy Support: Wraithlord (1#, 130 Pts)
1 Wraithlord @ 130 Pts
Flamer (x2); Bright Lance
Heavy Support: Wraithlord (1#, 135 Pts)
1 Wraithlord @ 130 Pts
Flamer (x2); Scatter Laser Eldar; Missle Lancher

The Pathfinders are out of place; they don't provide anything your army needs. I think you'd be much better off with more dire avengers for the troop-killing power you seriously lack. Try something like this: Eldrad x2 10 wraithguard x3 BL/EML wraithlords x2 dire avengers -Leo037

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism." -Hermann Goering (high ranking Nazi)
So it goes.

Thanks for the little rewrite. im not sure about Avengers but I do like how you kitted the lords.
Cypher:
Pathfinders add to the "unkillableness" theme of the army. A 2+ cover save and if I were to take another seer to hang back that would be rerollable. I dont want to rely on psychic powers though.
With all three units, ranged opponents will tear their hair out. they will have enough trouble killing one wraithguard squad, let alone two, and that one pathfinder unit dug in on my objective.
Thanks for the help guys!

Well, the army is very fluffy. It contains a large anvil but there is no hammer (Harlies?).

The MC eldar that I see generally have either dire avengers on foot (which i just don't like) or harlies...
Harlies make a better screen than conceal. Gets you that 4+ cover to fortune instead of the measley 5+. They also protect the wraithguard from that assault that hurts them so bad.
A little early anti-tank can help decrease enemy mobility while you are shuttling those guard into position. Maybe a couple brightlances on the lords....
As was said... no need for pathfinders, although they do fit with the list from the 'hard to shoot at' perspective. They specialize in the types of things that you are already really good at killing.

Well conceal is just there because if I find myself for some reason without cover its there. I can always run them in the "crossed bananas." I would give them enhance but it doesnt seem worth it for the points. I dont know if it works for attached characters though. If it does it is worth it.
Id rather screen my counter assault unit (which will probably be scorps in higher points.) with the WG than the other way around. WG are made to take shooting.
Yes for higher points I will swap the cannons for missles. Dual role, gets my points up there and I do need some early anti tank. For when it gets close I will always have the WG guns.
How about this for an alternative list:
Eldrad
Maugan Ra
Wraithguard + Enhance Seer
Wraithguard + Enhance Seer
6 Pathfinders
Wraithlord w/missle/scatter laser
Wraithlord w/missle/scatter laser
Wraithlord w/missle/scatter laser
Thats 1746. i need to search and see if enhance works on attached characters. that would be worth it for ra and Eldrad.
