I likes it. Say, if you drop the rokkits on the sluggas and maybe cut a lil here and there, you could get another KFF Big Mek and get a lot of coverage (cover saves and obscured vehicles). Just throwing up ideas.

Shoota Boyz behind the Slugga Boyz? Battle Wagons behind the KFF? KFF in a Battle Wagon?

You could drop the Slugga Rokkits and take some Red Paint Job and 'Eavy Armour for the Mek. etc.

I think 2 Battlewagons are better than 3 Looted Wagons, because even with the gun advantage, the looted wagons are so easy to drop in comparison. I might be wrong tho.

Looted Wagons are OK when they are in cover, I think.

looted wagons also have a 1 in 6 chance to both not be able to fire the boomgun AND charge right into the open, usually towards the enemy. That usually equals one dead wagon.

So in these lists, the battle wagon forgoes its usual transport role in favor of having a big gun in front and screening a ton of boyz behind them? That being assumed, would it be worth investing the five points in a Big Shoota instead of the Red Paint Job, that way Weapon Destroyed results don't render your Wagon all but useless?

Edit: Actually, never mind, for some crazy reason I thought that the owner of the wagon got to decide which weapon to destroy. Either way, I wonder if a Deffrolla would be a sound investment in case the kannon gets destroyed.
