List one looks great except for the troop section as im thinking you should have three at least.
List two you need dreads with fist to support the over all effect of the army. Same for the troops as listed for one.

Nice.But you need more troops.
Shooty dread is not stable.Maybe combat dread is better.

Thanks for the comments.
Hmm. Would you think another unit of ten DG would be good for troops?
Actually looking at the models on forge world there is no nurgle missile launcher, so thats fine. Ill give them las and CC weapon.
So basically what it boils down to, which has the better heavy hitters? Is it nine oblits or two dreads (whatever the configuration) and three vindis?
I play armored company as well, so the idea of actually being able to move my opponents models into a nice template shape is very appealing!

1.) I'd like to see those Sorcerers with either wings or on bikes. Trust me, you'll appreciate the fact that they can move faster. Increased toughness is nice, too.
2.) You'll almost always want 2 CCWs on the Dreads. I wouldn't want 4 Lascannon shots going into my army if both of them went wild for a turn.

Nine Obliterators are scary, but six should be enough. This would free some points for some shock and awe unit (Termies).

I don't understand why you're playinga Nurgle Themed army but having it lead by sorcerers with Lash, regardless of the fact lash is the most powerful thing in the entire codex, you said you want a nurgle theme force so stick to nurgle in the sorcerers or take a Nurgle deamon prince with the Rot and a Sorcerer of Slaanesh with Lash. But to each their own, I'm just stating it ain't a nurgle themed army if both your HQ's are Slaaneshi Sorcerers.
You could try 3 Oblits and 2 Vindicators to add variety, the 3 Oblis can of course drop plasma cannon templates for the awesome template effect and are equally good in combat et al. Or as above 6 Oblits, free's up space, shove in a Voindicator with 6 Oblits, may just give an added bit of diversity and still the blasty template goodness. The Plague Marine Squads, dropping them to 3 units I also agree with. Maybe try 3 Oblis 2 Dreads 1 or 2 vindicators? That could also be an interesting way to go.
Auretious Taak.

A.T. - They will be nurgle models. Consider it "deaths beckoning" or something similar instead of LoS. Im more worried about the models being thematic than what rules I use.
Now for the troops that is a different story, I dont want my whole army being plague marines and say they are noise marines for example. Thats just too much hassle.
