i dont think that youre getting the most out of pedro kantor. small units of sternguard in drop pods with double special/heavy weapons would be better i think. they drop next to an objective, shoot the crap out of anything near it and then dont budge from it.

razorbacks would be better than rhinos with heavy armour for your tac squads. split them into combat squads so the Sgt and melta go in the RB and the rest of them sit shooting at stuff with their heavy weapon. it gives you more fire power without losing to much mobility. i would also give them both the same weapon loadout, probably the melta/ML.

it feel like the terminators and redeemer are out of place, but they are good so keep them if you like.

that gives you 5 scoring units. everything can kill horde, every thing can kill tanks. when assaulted everything will stay there. pedro can go in one of the drop pods or a razor back.

the only 2 concerns are that this give 11 kill points, which is a lot for 1500pts, but any mech army will have trouble with that, and that on the first turn those two tac squads will take a lot of fire. if youre going first this isnt as much of a problem though, and if youre going second you can always leave them in reserve.
