I decided to try my hand at a 'ard Boyz-esque 40k Nid'zilla Stealer Shock Force just to see how I'd do it, and that would be below. I'd love feedback, sure I can cut corners and points on some of the 'stealer units to up the effectiveness of some of the MC's but as it stands you have one scary looking core. Keep the MC's in cover as they advance and you're laughing. The main armour punches are the MC's in Combat but the lictors and 'stealers can also take out lighter vehicles fairly well also as well as having the potential and flexibility to take out most enemy forces in combat, especially on the charge. I'd love feedback, won't necessarily get to try this list out myself unfortunately.
2,500pt Nid’Zilla Stealer Shock.
2 HQ - 2 Tyrants, 2xTwin-linked Devourer, Shadow in the Warp = 2x101 = 202 pts.
2 Elite – 2 Carnifex, Barbed Strangler, Rending Claws = 2x108 = 216pts
3 Heavy Support – 3 Carnifex’ Barbed Strangler, Rending Claws, Symbiote Rippers = 3x110 = 330 pts
1 Elite = 3xLictors = 3x80 = 240 pts
6 Troops – 6x12 Genestealers, rending Claws, Scuttlers, Feeder Tendrils, Flesh Hooks = 6x12x21 = 1,512 pts.
Total Army Cost = 2,500 points.
Total Bodies = 82.
7 MC – 5 str 8 5” pinning blasts, 24 str 4 shots re-rolling hits and wounds at BS3
Reserve Forces:
3 Lictors
72 Scuttling Stealers

Good start. Things is, you will face skimmer armies at least once in each round, most likely. More shooting (VCs) will help you "shake and move on", especially against Fire Prisms. A flyrant is also helpful for drawing fire- no need to buy SitW for this second tyrant, as it will die at some point before turn 3 (but be very useful in doing so).
I say this with a tiny bit of authority, as I played a Mech Eldar skimmer army that was frustrated into a tie by just such an arrangement, and the VCs were the tipping point. It's totally worth a Lictor or two off your list. The Scuttlers will generally accomplish enough gunline-murder to make more than one or two Lictors redundant even against non-mobile armies.

You cannot have Stealers with both Feeder Tendrils and Flesh Hooks. Under their listing in the Tyranid Codex, they have an asterisks note saying you cannot have both.

It's a shame there's no 'ard Boyz tourney out here in Australia else I'd be all over that one, but Savnock, thanks for the feedback. I play a shooting based 'Nid force normally, a general build against all comers that no one expects and I'm pretty much undefeated with it (Outshooting Guard was fun, Outshooting Tau, you should see the looks people give you, damn is it fun!) but it doesn't get past 1,500pts though I really should expand it rather then going for a new shiny Fabius Bile army, lol. Anyways, i threw this together to see how people would react as alot of lists I've seen don't throw in the full 72 genestealers, though we could push that witha Broodlord and 11 more bodyguards to really hammer home the theme. The SitW on both tyrants was more to keep it around so as when one died the other still had it active. My usual choice of power is Psychic Scream backed up by a Zoey Choir with the Scream, it is horrendously effective, but for this style force the zoey's are effectively dead on the first turn, so no point taking them. The VC advice is nice though, considering how many people are saying they suck with the new edition, I guess most people forget about the power of shaking/stunninga vehicle, so long as it can't hurt you your set after all. To the flyrant drawing fire, I'd say that's a bit of a waste of points, sure it will draw fire but if you're going up the centre with 7 monstrous creatures anyways, then they are all gonna be drawing fire like crazy, even with the stealers on the board to start and not outflanking. Your comments on the lictors, they are primarily there to ensure most of the genestealers turn up in the same turn, assuming all the lictors are on the table that drops in a solid 3 re-rolls on reserves in one turn, which is a virtual guarantee of 2-3 of those units coming in statistically. Looking at the list, I'd be tempted to cull a few stealers off the main force and dropa Tyrant to add in a Broodlord and bodyguard to make the flanking force even more dangerous to be honest. No Synapse Creatures is an interesting way to play a 'Nid force I must admit, especially when i am used to having a solid amount of Synapse guiding rank on rank of the little chaps. Any other suggestions for the list against other armies out there?

I just realised that myself with your reminder, been a while since I used the stealers, in which case I'd give half feeder tendrils and half flesh hooks, and suddenly have 72 points to play with.

P.S. I'm surprised there aren't any 'Nid 'ard Boyz lists up totinga full 6 units of 32 without number gaunts, at the best on termagants that's only 1,728 pts for 192 recycling units, plenty for monstrous creatures and cheap as nails warrior synapse to be thrown in with list fiddling! Has anyone seen a list like this? If so I'd love to know what they took in it.
