I remember the old Ork Codex FAQ had mentioned when a unit has at least one model within the range of a Kustom Forcefield then the unit is considered to be 'within' and thus receives a 5+ cover save. The new Ork FAQ did not clarify what is defined as 'within'.

So, what would you think is the correct interpretation of 'within'? Would one model out of 30 that is within 6" of the KFF benefit from the KFF 5+ cover save?

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!
