I am thinking of getting rid of one kiss to give the Autarch a Mandiblaster and also considering getting rid of one falcon and the banshees all together to make room for 2 Wraithlords but that would mean I need to buy a second Wraithlord.
So far I have played this exact list twice and it drew the first time I played it largely in part to poor placement on my part and beat a greed tide ork list. I am thinking of playing it in a local tourny we are having, my 1000 pt. version of this won the last one we had.
What do you guys think? sub in Wraithlords?
All comments are appreciated.

Mandiblaster on your Autarch is indeed a good idea, but I wouldn't drop a kiss to do so.
Pathfinders work well with an otherwise aggressive mounted force, as I too have recently learned. Good choice for troops. If you up this to 1750 for tourney play, you could do well adding a third unit (although I would go for Dire Avengers in a Serpent, but I always go for that...
The Banshees need adjusting to be anything but a points sink. Honestly, Mirrorswords aren't a great option for the Banshee exarch. Either give her the Executioner (sacrificing War Shout for points if you must) or stick with basic Banshees. As for their ride, Serpents with TL BL are at least as good as Falcons in most situations in this addition. Drop one Falcon for a Serpent (proxy for now if you lack the model, or convert it) and using the points you have saved, up the number of Banshees to 10 as soon as you can purchase the models. Banshees in units of 6 (especially without Doom) will kill too few models to make up for the hits that they take back from the survivors. Banshees have to slaughter large numbers to do well in CC, because they're so danged fragile. They will also die to close-range rapid fire, but that's sort of inevitable no matter how many you field. By then you have hopefully grievously injured your opponent's line.
Anyways, good list, especially with a few tweaks. Falcons aren't very good (compared to Serpents) in 5th due to their low troops capacity and vulnerability to melta fire. I would recommend your next buys (or conversions) be a couple of Serpents and 4 more Banshees. Wraithlords are alright, but they're better either fielded in 3s or left out.

The biggest problem with this list is that you have a grand total of 2 scoring units with 12 models. Even if they are Pathfinders sitting in cover they are still T3 and won't take much firepower to blow away (anything which attacks your firebase/objectives basically, think deep striking Terminators or anything with a flamer) at which point you can only draw at best. From what I've seen around, 3 scoring units tends to be the minimum and even then they tend to be harder to kill than 6 Pathfinders. Some more troops are a must basically, Guardians to help hold a back objective, Jetbikes to threaten the other guys or Avengers to have a fair go at either depending on situation.
Anyway, Autarch needs a Mandiblaster for another attack not a Banshee Mask, otherwise that's a fairly common build (works well with the Spears). The Banshees would work better with 10 in a Wave Serpent as they need the attacks to get past the 5 to would against MEQ, drop Warshout though as almost everything they would hit on 4's most of the time will be Ld 9 at a minimum. Acrobatic can be helpful now if you have points free, you should wipe out whatever you assault in the first round and if anyone is stupid enough to charge them in the next turn then you still go first with heaps of power weapon attacks. The Spears are good but Skilled Rider is a waste of points most of the time and the Star Lance isn't that helpful unless they are going tank hunting.
Your Falcon's are a mess (although I will admit that the weapons load outs for them don't have an obvious 'must take' build in 5th), Shuriken Cannons are not good weapons due to the 24" range, you would be better off with almost anything else. Vectored Engines are no longer as useful as they were as you only get destroyed from immobilized results when you are moving flat out. If you are using them like this atm (i.e boost them 24" first turn with Banshees and Dragons) then not only do Wave Serpents do it better for cheaper but you are wasting a good deal of your firepower for a turn.
Wraithlords wouldn't be a bad choice as they would give you some more anti tank (with Bright Lance/EML combo) and protect your Pathfinders a bit, but the biggest problem is that you only have the Shadowseer to prevent them going stupid which won't really work with the Harlies running up the field at full speed. It would also mean that you only have the Spears and Autarch as your sole fast attacking group and if you lose them you have nothing to threaten the enemy objective/s.

Awesome suggestions, I appreciate it.
I bought the falcons in 4th ed so I been proxying them as Waveswerpants for awhile and i totally forgot about the new destroyed only when flat out business. I like the idea of swapping the falcon out for a WS and filling it full of banshees because I have done that in the past and it is way more effective.
But at the same time I am considering dropping them and just adding some Jetbikes and maybe a squad of Guardians.
Thanks again Im going to have to think about this.

Well, semi-competitive. Two small Pathfinder units. They give your opponent a focus, and he will move towards them. It's not too difficult to decimate six men Pathfinder units.
I'd take a Serpent mounted DA squad by dropping the Harlies or the Shining Spears.
The Falcons don't need vect. engines if they are not moving over 12''.

I would agree, more troops. Maybe buy some dire avengers as in my opinion they are better than guardians. But if you are going to move them around give them a wave serpent. Yet i would drop the banshees for Scorpions.

HQ: I think Farseers (or Eldrad) is like a definite plus to the army. Eldar psychic HQ's are like the best. Your Autarch with no other jetbike around him can be a bit vulnerable against shooting. (esp insta-kill weapons)
TROOPS: If your opponent has barrage templates (ie. 80pt Whirlwinds) then you get no cover saves... If your opponent manages to CC, you're in danger too. I'd get them transports. And you need more troops.
ELITES: 6 Howling banshees can't really do anything.... sadly for Eldar, Fire Dragons are probably the only effective elites. Harley's are situation dependent...
FAST ATTACK: Shining spears are pretty weak aye...
HEAVY SUPPORT: I disagree with the user who claims wave serps are better than falcons....at close combat VS MELTAS (and hopefully he's not shooting the rear) maybe...but Falcons are much more resilient vs shooting. Wraithlords are so-so... very expensive for what he does... but I guess if you insist on Rangers on foot, wraithlords can babysit against CC and shoot weapons.
I feel your army lacks anti-tank... sadly Eldar weaponry are all over priced... so Scatter Lasers (S6) and Fire Dragons are the cheapest way to go vs Light and Heavy armor respectively. Psychers are SO worth it aye...

You should post all the models you own so people could suggest units that aren't beyond your limits of purchasing things.
I myself don't have a clue about eldar, so I can't help with the list.

Looks like your list is very upgrade heavy, which leads me to believe you don't have a whole lotta models to work with. Serpents and Falcons have very different purposes IMO. If you want a long range tank that can transport troops to count as scoring then go falcon. If you want a vehicle to drop off your units that need to get in close, then go with the serpent. For a Falcon to be as survivable as a Serpent you have to take some pretty pricey upgrades and holofields don't stop you from getting shaken which means those pretty guns on them end up being useless if your getting in close.
