I am a big fan of Mecha Anime and made my paint scheme for the crisis suit after the RX-78 gundam.

This is my first try at it and I used a combination of wonderwash and GW wash on the model for the lines.

I think if the white would have been done as white, and then blacklined it would look great.

The browny-bone doesn't look much good with red and blue.

I agree with Mr Joyous_Oblivion. Better stick to all primary colours rather than mix with pastels. A pearl grey would work if you find pure white too bright, and can be highlighted.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

I kinda like the way the white looks. Then again, I play Orks...so I like everything looking worn, dirty and oily. In fact, I think the primaries are a bit too shiny, and could be toned down.

Needs more rivets!

"Orkses never lost a battle. If we win we win, if we die we die fighting so it don't count. If we runs for it we don't die neither, cos we can come back for annuver go, see!"

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

Hum, I have to agree, the blue and red sections look too shinny and new compaired to the beat up white... It's pretty decent anyhow. Extra points for the very Gundamy pose, alrough I dunno if that was intentional. >_>
