Hi all.
Just a query.
If an Ork IC joins a Nobz Mob with a Painboy, can they get Cybork Body at the cost listed in the Nobz Mob entry?
OR do they HAVE to pay the IC entry cost? (Twice as expencive.)
I assume the FNP the Painboy confers to the Nobs Mob also is applied to any IC joining the Nobs Mob?

I dont mind paying the extra points, but these points get an extra Boss Pole, which is always VERY useful!

Thanks in advance .
(I am not totaly up to date with 5th ed yet, so forgive any oversight on my part.)

An Ork Independent Character has to be bought its own Cybork Body from its army list unit entry, prior to any situation where it could join another unit.

The Feel No Pain rule takes effect during the game, so it does apply to Independent Characters that join the unit during the game.

Hi Nurglitch.
Thanks for clearing that up.
Equipment purchased from IC entry.
Abilities confered to IC joining the unit.

Note that if you take Mad Dok Grotsnik any other IC can buy cybork body for 5 pts.

In one game turn an Imperial guardsman can move 6", kill a few guys with his flamer, assault 6", kill two more guys with his bayonet, flee 12", regroup when assaulted, react 6", kill one more guy with his bayonet and then flee another 12".
So in one game turn an Imperial guardsman can move 42" and kill more than 5 people. At the same time a Chimera at top speed on a road can move 18"...
