This army is inspired by one of Stelek's copy-pasta lists. The Chaos Lord in particular is murderous: his Disc of Tzeentch combines with his Deathscreamer means he gets D6+5 S4 Power Weapon attacks on the charge after handing out D6 S4 AP3 attacks beforehand.

I really like the theme here,
"Ok, so lets use all of the units that everyone despises in the chaos codex, and try to make an army."
I think that you have succeeded. I've never believed that stuff about defilers, and dreadnoughts being worthless, and taking three of each is hilarious.
And now down to the serious stuff.
Aside from the battle cannons, and various dreadnought close combat weapons that you have, what are you planning to do against tanks? Battle cannons are not meant for tank killing, and though they do just fine, they're much better at killing infantry. Also, the dreadnoughts will have a difficult time getting into close combat against tanks.
Aside from that, it looks pretty good, just keep your defilers back and shooting, and you'll be able to kill alot.
And, how many points is this army exactly?

The army is 2499pts.
The Defilers are the anti-tank, but not by sitting back. The idea is that they Fleet forward and mix it up either close to tanks or by hucking battlecannon shells into their side armour. Also, both the Lord and the Sorcerer are equipped to handle tank-targets of opportunity, either by beating on thin rear armour, or by blasting open the thicker stuff.
Something that's interesting with a Walker is that they don't suffer from the No Retreat rule, and both Defilers and Dreadnoughts can pop smoke, assault, and then defy the retaliatory that will inevitably come their way.

Very intriguing, I never thought of this. The list sounds like a lot of fun, post some results after combat!

The list looks quite good. What I don't like are the Lesser Daemons, they simply suck.

wuestenfux:
No, the Daemons are a rather integral part of this list. They have, as it were, three roles:
1. Capture Objectives
2. Assault vehicles
3. Assault enemy shooters
