I dig very much the dark skin tone man, is that a GW color?

Overall impressive job.

Is that skin simply Knarloc green with a Badab Black wash? I hear it works great.

Tres cool orks. Love the PKs I will have to borrow that design. Good big chopper work and conversions. They don't look like AOBR nobs anymore.

Thanks for all the comments folks! I prime with white so I do Orkhide Shade for the first layer on the skin to get it into all the cracks then Knarloc green then I apply Devlan Miracle (Devlan Mud). To me orks are supposed to be dirty so I don't do much after the wash (its likely the only washing these guys ever do ).

I can do a mini tutorial on how to do the power klaws, will have to wait a couple days though as there is a GW in store AOBR tourney tomorrow and I still have stuff to finish painting!

Store Tourney results, 750 pts if you used AOBR stuff, 650 if not, 3rd overall, but won best painted which was what I was really going for.

First game vs Ultramarines was a tie, Warboss + Nobs stomped everything but the one tac squad on a contested objective.

Second Game vs Tau was a massacre. Gunline tau inflicted heavy casualties but last Firewarrior squad got chased off their objective in turn 5 and run down by the Warboss.

Third Game vs Eldar, Loss here, nice Fire Prism shot kills 6 nobs (darn partial is a hit rule in 5th) game goes downhill from there. Was still a lot of fun!
