I still haven't decided on a name yet and was looking for a slightly fluffy World Eater force. I like dreads so I was planning on 2 in the army.

Here's the list and could use feedback on what could make it better. I'm not looking for power gaming but an army that will be fun and not crumble in turn 2 every time.

well drop the defiler for an pred swap out a powerfist for a chainfist much better and only 5 points more,if your want this to be competive take kharn the betrayer, your terminators look assulty?but with some anti-tank?take out reaper cannon add heavy flamer,give the combi-meltas. Dreads aint that good but if you want them go ahead but i would swap them out for another beserker squad.

Well, the army lacks anti-tank.
I'd take three Berzerker squads in Rhinos supported by shooty Dreads or Predators and a Terminator squad led by a Chaos Lord: give the Berzerker squads personal icons.
