So the deal is, I'm thinking of getting some razorbacks because I allways liked the idea but never found them too useful before combat squads were around, now I absolutely love them, but I really want to make them so that the weapons are manned by a marine popping through a hatch on the top of the tank instead of the normal setup. I did some poking around and found the Forgeworld Immolator conversion kit.

It looks an awful lot like the sort of thing I am after (Turret mounted further forward, small shield, and the weapons with someone manning it) but I get the feeling that sister of battle sitting in it is probably part of the cast. Which leads to my first question, does anyone have any experience with this kit, because I tried contacting forgeworld without much luck. I'm just wondering how easy / impossible it would be to get a space marine in that hatch.

Then I considered the official GW immolator (who ever thought sisters could be so useful ) but the turret on it feels more extravagant and large in allmost ever dimension than I was planning.

So I would need to pull apart the front of it and scratch build my own front plate for it in which case I would probably be better off trying to scratch build the whole thing from a standard rhino hatch as my base point instead of buy anything.

So if anyone can help me with my question about the forgeworld kit, or has some idea how I could achieve this I would love to hear from them. I'm not opposed to scratch building the thing but I've just never attempted it before so I'm sure I would get plenty of turrets I wouldn't be willing to put on my tanks before I get something acceptable, so a starting point for this effort would be very nice.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

You need:
- Space marine crewman parts.
- Two identical weapons
- Bottle tops or plumbing connectors to fit.

Yo do:
-Add crewman to circular bits.
-Glue guns to either side with a bit of plasticard and greenstuff as needed.
-Add to Rhino chassis.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

Maybe looking for the Old style Razor back Turrent? It had a crewman behind a blast shield. Here's a quick one I found through Google.
