The 5th ed rules for DSing state that you cannot DS into transports and buildings because they are classified as impassable terrain. In the tyranid codex, the Lictor Secret Deployment rule specifically states that Lictors CAN deepstrike into impassable terrain and are not destroyed but placed normally if they do so.
So, the next time I get one of those annoying transport heavy armies where my opponent is parking empty transports on top of objectives to contest them, can I DS into them and chew them up from the inside?

you are forgetting that if you DS within 1" of an enemy model you are subject to the DS mishap table. so yes theoretically you could DS onto an enemy vehicle, but you wouls always then be subkect to the mishap, which may well end up killing your lictor.
if it was a wrecked enemy vehicle however then it would be fine as it then counts as terrain

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live? |
