The GT makes use of the old rules. Makes sense.

Well, the army looks good, but at a GT I'd take a Librarian since there are too many psykers out there in the 40k universe (particularly at GTs) like lash DPs or Farseers.

I Know about this I was debating whether i take the librarian but i feel the chaplain in the test games ive played so far complements the terminator squad better, what about dropping the termies and having a deepstriking lib with fear of the dark? and then if so i could spend the points i havent spent on terminators on LS tornados as i have 2 so it would be something like this

Might that work better, it has a decent amount of firepower and maneuverability, prehaps sacrificing some of its durability in shape of the terminators prehaps anyway what ya think?
