It's not going to work. Some footsloggers, some drop podders and some Attack Bikes. If you take drop pods then place the whole army into drop pods.

Drop the attack bikes and one tac squad.
Max out the sternguard to 10-men and add another sternguard x10 in Drop pod w/ combi-melta x5

I think that you should try to take more drop pods, but if your army is working...
1) How do you do against hordes?
2) How have your Sterguard performed?
3) How have your bikers performed?

That's what I'm trying to figure out, how it will do against hordes. I have yet to play Orks or Tyranids.
The Sternguard have been performing exceptionally well, and have made their points in all but one game.
The bikes are an element that I'm not quite sure about at the moment. I've used a pair of Autocannon/Lascannon Predators for anti-armor recently but I think the attack bikes will perform better because of their mobility.
I'm always open to suggestions and I haven't bought any models yet. Hooray for proxy lists.
