Absolutely one-dimensional. The new Codex has more to offer than playing 5 Tacticals in Rhinos.
Take 2 Sternguard squads in Rhinos and 3 or 4 Tacticals in Rhinos. The Honour Guard is more a gimmick.

Well I'm using it for my Preheresy. But I think it would do Fine and I was going to bring Landspeeders and Drednoughts.
