Add a bit fun to the list and mount Ironclad and tacticals into drop pods with locator beacons and deathwind launchers.

After taking the initial list out for a spin, I found that 4 Tactical Squads was a bit much. So I drop one and picked up a Scout Bike Squad to help get homer in the back field, then deal with vehicle threats. With Lysander, I am not sure that I will keep the heavy weapons on the unit of Terminators that he is in due to his Bolter Drill. Still thinking that one over.

Frankly, I don't like it. You deploy the Tacticals and the Dread, and possibly the Scout Bikers. The enemy might have two rounds (or more) to shoot them before the Termies arrive. While the Termies take on the enemy, your Tacticals should achieve mission objectives, if necessary.
I'd take one unit of Assault Termies these days.

I have been thinking the same about the unit of Assault Terminators. I picked up a box and will trying a mix of 5 LC/ 5 TH & SS and see how the do.

As far as deployment, you are exactly right. That is how I ran them Thursday night. Had good luck against the IG (3 Hellhounds, 1 Demolisher, 1 Russ, 1 Basilisk, 2 Platoons, 1 Fire Support team, ect). The mission was Annihilation/Spear Head.

Thanks for the input, keep it coming.
