Does anyone know much about how GW is doing this this year? I won the semi in NH and I chose Sisters for my 2500 point army. I'm hoping to get something flexible that has no marine troops with it (as I am hoping they send me some actual sisters!). How have they done it in the past? What can I expect to get? What did some of the other winners choose?

Blakmoor got 9 penitent engines last year IIRC

I remember reading that, I wonder what else came with that? That's like 700ish points isn't it?

Last year I asked for Sisters of Battle and I got:

2 Cannonesses
2 Boxes of Repentia
6 Boxes of Sisters
6 Rhinos
4 Boxes of Seraphim (might have been 6 boxes)
9 Penitent Engines

I ended up buying a lot of stuff like Sisters with Melta Guns, Heavy Flamers and 3 Exorcists.

My store said that GW would be contacting me and took my email and phone #. Didn't ask anything about prizes or whatnot. Was this normal or should I perhaps be contacting them?

I gave my store my request and my address and I was told it would be shipped to me.

It's too bad that they send you rhinos and not immolators....I feel like they just won't look right without the sisters vehicle upgrade sprues.

Anyone else in this position: The official word is that the store running the event needs to send your army preference and shipping details to their trade representative.

I was told the same thing. I wasn't told how long it's going to take or anything like that....I would like to have the models in time to use them in the next round....

Does anyone know how long GW usually takes on these things? Should I plan on being able to field these models at the 'ardboyz finals in Baltimore?

I wouldn't it takes like a month to get done.

I did not get my army until after the finals last year, so I would say no.

If you give them a general direction they are pretty good.

i.e. "Mech Tau, no Kroot!"
