So now that the FAQ allows deff koptas to 24" turbo-boost on a scout move are we going to see more of them in ork armies? If you go first/deploy first and don't have initiative seized that means you basically have a 42" assault range turn 1:24" scout turbo-boost, 12" move turn 1 (in a unit of 5, 15 twin-linked big shoota shots!), 6" assault. Five deffkoptas with twin-linked big shootas and one buzzsaw are 200 pts. That unit hits with 12 str4 attacks on initiative 3 and 3 str7 buzzsaw(pk) attacks at I1.

My 12 deffkoptas with the rockets they came with are now looking like a wave of DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! (Nevermind 'Ride of the Valkyries", I want Hate Eternal's "Bringer of Storms"!) The new Ork codex is the only thing that makes me want to play 5th ed. Now I am nearly rabid.

oh hell yes...so let's talk gubbins then. How would you organize 12 koptas? unit size? How many buzzsaws? Any bigbomms? that 24" turbo-boost goes over buildings and such as does their 12" regular move; pure death.
