Looks pretty solid to me. It has alot of firepower from the Plague marines and obliterators and Your HQ choice is very good. However it might be better to not give the Rhinos extra Armour. It will save you alot of points.

I'm a big fan of the Nurgle DP, though I run mine with Warp Time instead of nurgle's rot.

I agree that the points you're spending on extra armor for the rhinos would probably be better spent on a few extra plague marines.

i could get two more plague marines for taking away extra armour too me it doesnt seem worth it for the insurance my rhinos are gonna get where they need to be.

I also would use warp time over nurgle's rot. consider giving one squad plasmas? besides that i'd say 8/10 very good.

Looks good although I also would go without the extra armor. Those extra marines you take are 2( or 4) extra shots and therefore, extra saves the enemy has to take.

Even at 1500 points, just one DP is a liability. it will get shot to death, even though it has MoN.

I'd take a nurgle sorcerer lord instead with nurgles rot and buy a rhino for the footsloogging PM squad, and put the sorcerer in that squad.

Also ditch the extra armor, at 1500 points 45 points is alot!

Have you considered defilers with 2 extra CC weapons instead of obliterators?

You say DP will get shot to peices,and then you suggest a defiler? Defiler wil die on first turn, nurgle sorceror's get slaughted by fists and heavy weapons. the 4th squad is without a rhino because it will stay back on objective etc.
