Is there a blood ravens army list available? If not, what would you guys recommend using to make an army?

If you're going to base them off the Blood Ravens from Dawn of War it could be cool to only use units and variants that were available to them in the game. The standard Marine codex would suffice.

Center your army around Librarians, use Tigurius. The blood ravens are an army that tries to win through the application of knowledge, and librarians support this. Then, I'd go with sternguard. It's really cheesy, but having them teleport around a battle field rapidfiring their death rounds at people is really good. Scouts also fit into the role of the blood ravens, as they are a recon unit. I would go with snipers though... maybe shot gun scouts, but CCW scouts got owned by the new dex. If you use the teleporting sterguard. Then I'd start packing in drop pods.
