Deathwing no longer exist as a separate army list. Instead, you get Codex: Dark Angels, take Belial (who for being the MASTER of the first company, somehow has less weapon options than a generic master), and voila, you can take Terminator Squads as troops. You can also take any other unit in the codex in your "Deathwing" army.
