well, currently, all projects are on hold, as, purely on a whim, i have decided to start work on a new project; a rogue inquisitor and his retinue... more pics on the way...

btw, regarding the daemon, what colours do you guys reckon are best?

depends what deamon it is (what it looks like, which god it is devoted to etc)

Anyways, to get this thread further back on track; Balmung, your Inquisition warband looks great.

I´d like some better pics, but feel your pain if you´re struggling with a sub-par camera. I had that problem for two months, really not fun.

Edit: Frazzled, that Captain Kirk image is hilarious. Got a laugh from that.

Models look to be coming across excellently Balmung! I can understand your camera woes though, still trying to figure out how to best use mine. I've found though that good lighting and background can help a lot, even if it's just clearing up background clutter and tacking around a few sheets of white printer paper.

As for the topic...I do like what I can see. But, I think what's been said is right...add some more light, and the pictures will definitely look better. A lamp or something would be perfect. I would love to see a little more of the detail on the models.

But, like I said, I like what I see so far. Waitin' for more.

thank you so much to all of you, i am humbled to have so many responses, and hooray, over 1000 views, also, as ive said before, feel free to post your own WIPs, just as long as you explain them, as for the camera, advice taken, also dont expect too many pics too soon, as all my time is taken up sculping my daemon for the inquisition warband, but when the green stuff dries, ill take some pics, which should be sometime tommorow evening if all goes well, and finally, thanks to all the MODs who have helped clear my threads of these nuisances

frazz, lovin your cptn kirk pic, as for the daemon, expect some pics tonight, he is almost finished gs wise, but i will now ask if anyone has any ideas for a base that will make him seem tall and imposing, post it, btw, he will be on a 45mm base

judging by your other models (excluding the quality of the picture) this deamon should be great!

not sure about the hired guard. im pretty sure the orks would have bashed em for meat skulls and teeth already :S ...

precisly, as it says in the codex orks, anyway, if you had read it, you would have noticed he is wiv da inquisitor, and as far as im aware, orks cant be inquisitors

Nice, I've been trying to make a decent butt for ages, I wanted to scratchbuild some hotter daemonettes, kind of like the old ones, but I can't do it yet.

well, this one was easy, partly coz it is fairly large, but i did the entire model in about 5 sessions (sculpting)

liking the chainmail round the axe, was that there when i saw it for real?
