Subject: What to call this ork vehicle?

Here is the before pic. There isnt any after pic yet cuz Im not done Ive started messing with the undercarriage since Ive read that ork vehicles have the armor of a coke can (see my blog for more on this project).
My son broke one of his toys so my wife came to me saying "its broken so why dont you have it and build something fun with it". Man I love that woman!
You can see a small drivers seat where my son has pulled off the driver. He is now stuck in the back seat of another of his cars. Im not sure I can fit an ork on that seat but Ill fix it.
My questions to all uv you is:
1) What should I call this vehicle? I dont play orks and dont own the codex (yet?) so Im not sure.
2) What guns should it have?
3) Should the "dumpster" (word?) be up or down? If its up I could redo it so the driver is facing+driving right and a few (2-4) orks are in the back being transported or what have you. If its down then the driver will be facing left and the dumpster will have teeth like a huge maw driving around the battlefield scooping up foes. And behind the tipped down dumpster will be some room for a couple of orks firing guns or what have you.
4) What legs do you suggest I use for the driver? Im looking around ebay trying to find suitable stuff
Suggestions and help pretty pretty pretty please? Everything is MUCH appreciated!
And boy are the creative zapp pumping! Between this, a wraithlord, my own slaaneshi army and an upcoming necron commision Im really exploring lots of ground

The bit stuck on the side of England. Wales isn't it.

First of all call it "Dave" . I think it looks a bit small as a trukk unless you take the scoop off and build a larger flatbed area. If it was a truck then normally the driver would face as if going forward the right side off the photo. But I really like the idea of using it in the original direction so the orks could pile out straight into the enemy. Or you could mak it into a buggy by mounting a twin linked big shooter in the scoop and have the driver facing to the right . Check out the GW website theres pics of both trukksand buggys.

man the possiblilites of THAT thing! the first thing would be make a trukk out of it. in that case leave the dump down so it can carry da boyz!
OR you could make a looted wagon out of it. if you go that route, put the supreme BOOM GUN on it. either take off the dump, make a platform and put a big nasty cannon on it. OR leave the dump on and do the same thing.
it looks a bit small to make a battlewagon out of it. so i would forget that one.
as for guns... trukks have big shootas. putting a wreaking ball on them is a good idea, they arnt to expensive and do good damage.
as for the looted wagon... obviously the boom gun and either 2 big shootas or 2 rokits... or one of each.
the legs id imagine biker legs or any driver legs from other ork pilots.
also my wife too brings me random junk saying "hey you need this for anything before i toss it?" i love my wife lol

Hmm how about a Squig Haula. Fill the back up with angry squigs and dump them on an enemy.
Aside from that, converting that to a battle wagon wouldn't be that hard. Remove the wheels, expand the frame and orkize it with plasticard then just reattach the wheels to the expanded frame.

I was thinking something more simple, like a mobile eavy weapons platform.
Or you know, whatever an ork would call one of those.

Gunwagon, actually. :p

Many a Sentinel pilot has hesitated to call his vehicle a walking coffin after battling beside a Dreadnought. |

Maybe the driver could sit on top of the engine. The seat looks too small. Let the dumper drive scoop first towards the enemy and dump a big pile of Orks on him.

Wow. Im away from a computer all day and come back to all these great suggestions. Thanks a lot people! Feel free to keep em coming.
@ vodski: I feel stupid for not having had a look at GWs website. Its just that the new site is annoying. But yeah, ot does look too small for a trukk. Maybe a buggy...
@ KingCracker: Glad someone else see the possibilities Looted wagon sounds interesting. Does one have to have a big Boom Gun? I want to keep the dump but adding say two rockits and 2 bog shootas could still fit. Would that work?
@ ChaosDave: Excellent suggestion! Will definately remove wheels and biggerize the thing. What weapons should a battle wagon have?
@ Kaej: Yet another good option... Gunwagon. You guys are supposed to help, not make it harder lol
@ JediRapper: I like Tonkka Trukk. Does it mean anything?
@ PanzerSmurf & Howard A Treesong: More good names. I like em. Dumpah... dumpaz.. Lotso-Pain Dumpah perhaps? I might get the hang of this ork namin
@ Kilkrazy: Yea Ive thought of that too. If the dumper is down then the back edge is higher so even if I can fit an ork on that tiny seat he wont see anything with the dumper in the way. Might suit an ork vehicle but having him sit higher is probably my plan. That way I can add more orky enginge stuff underneath him too. So sitting on the engine is definately an option Ill look at when I have an ork driver to test with.
So I now have got a few options: buggy, looted wagon, battle wagon and gun wagon. Cast your votes people! What is the most suitable thing? What weapons does each option need? Thats what I need to know to be able to decide I think. But you people know the game better than me and what works on the board so please help me out

Hey dude - looks like you've got plenty of cool ideas goin. Maybe you could fill the back with bits and bobs to make it like it's a loota trukk or an ammo truck, and then mount a gun on it to make it a warbuggy. You'll have to go through the codex to work out your gun fitout, work out which idea suits you best, but given the size of the trukk, I'd say a warbuggy could be good.
Otherwise the other ideas of taking the dumper off and making a flatbed would get you into transport trukk territory...

Didn't see if anyone recommended this, but have you considered making the back (i.e. the 'bed') the front? Sort of a front loading/deploying trukk, with the driver and a gunnery turret in the back?

The company Tonka makes indestuctible(unles you REALLY try) constuction toys for kids. And their "flagship" would be a Dumptruck, like above, but I don't think you could do what you wanted with an old school Tonka....not without a blowtorch, a shaved platypus and some luck!!

Thats actually the plan
The dumper will be the front, and Ive decided to have it down as if scooping up the enemies. I will also expand the frame. Still not sure what guns to give it but Ill first build the vehicle to my liking and then we shall see.
Thanks for all the help people! Ill post once Ive made some more progress
