With the new space marine codex we've gotten a new heroes that buff our armies like crazy.
I just wanted to have anecdotes about experiences playing against/with the armies that have these heroes, and how you would use them/ beat them in the future. Also, can these heroes be used effectively in conjunction with one another e.g. shrike and a captain with a bike, or Shrike and Sicarius.
Also, what are the relative strengths of each hero vs each other, and vs their point cost.

Kor'sarro Khan. He gives the ability to outflank and it is pretty damn good. Especially in those missions, where you put one objective in your deployment zone. He can also buff a cc unit greatly with furious charge and hit and run and is not too bad himself.
An assault straight from the reserves for victory!

Nope. You can only use ONE character's Chapter Tactics. Thus, you could either have Fleet, OR Outflank for all of your units.
Also, Bikes can't Run, so they can't make use of Fleet anyways.
