i really like making vids for youtube and stuff and wanted to make one about 40k, but i have a problem i only have pics and want to include game play vids from dark crusade but dont know how to turn them for the originally file to mp4 or wave or something which i can use in windows movie maker.

can anyone help?

I use Virtual Dub at work. It converts most formats but not MP4. It's free.
I also use QuickTime Pro which converts MP4. It costs £25.

I suggest you download several free programs and try them out.
