I was inspired by Stelek's Sternguard drop pod list, so I made a variation of it for 1850. It gets rolled by my friend's battlewagon list, but I fared better against another friend's mechanized Eldar. I feel that the Librarians are fragile and there seem like too many beacons. Any critique would be appreciated.

wait wait wait wait... huh..?

Are all those combi meltas necessary? I'd take 2 meltas and just a handful of combi to cut down on points.

Well, against Orks you possibly have to play more tricky. Like setting up a wall of drop pods with the Orks on one side and the Marines on the other.

That list would be hell for any army that fields lots of vehicles, but it could be taken down by a well-equipped horde of Orks or an endless swarm of Gaunts.

I'd swap 2 combi-melta's for 2 combi-flamers in each squad, just for orks. Seems otherwise i'd probably drop a few locator beacons and spend the points somewhere else. maybe grenade launchers for the scouts or something. just some thoughts.
