I was looking round the net and found this and alot more cool stuff
http://www.sceneryexpress.com/prodinfo.asp?number=PR17101
But I have no idea what scale is usable for 40K can some one tell me?
As the prices on this stuff is nice for the amount you get.

1/48 scale is the closest. O-gauge is what model railroad collectors call it. HO scale is 1/87, that's almost 1/2 size. Be warned if you look @ some Lionel O-gauge scenery stuff it's WAY out of scale. Thats because Lionel was geared & produced for childeren, not collectors. Being into GW stuff you know 28mm Heroic scale is not always proportional to true 28mm scale.

Well if you're going by a standard 6' for that 28mm, then 1/64 is going to be the closest. Unfortunately there are not alot of military models made in that scale except for planes.

Alot of people will use 1/35 scale military models for conversions as it fits w/ existing 40k vehicle sizes. One thing of importance to note on the train items; they tend to run on the pricey side.

Look at some Tamiya kits, if you can find them locally, you should be able to buy like just a kit of oil drums or sandbags and the like for half the price.

I am mostly looking at the oil drums and pallets for terrain, lots of cool flock and trees and stuff to. Mostly just terrain type stuff though. Thanks

For terrain stuff, 'O' is your best bet.
Like trees, containers, drums, etc.

It's the other things that are a problem, like Vehicles - although the main issue with them is that GW doesn't use a consistent scale for their own vehicles.
