Yes, the cups are quite fancy
From what I can see that's very good for a first attempt, keep it up

lol the cups are left overs from my daughters first birthday, its all i had.
Heres the front but the flash i think makes the model look very flat, cant see any shading
whats highlighting?
EDIT: Any tips welcome. I used 12 different paints for this model and it took about 3 hours, the second took about 2 hours.

the models base is still black, did you repaint it? or are you a clean painter?
When i paint, it goes everywhere, on me, on the paint table, on the floor at time lol
10,000 isnt much lol, i have eldar, nids and orks and have found that lots of nids is really fun to paint and the eldar break up the cycle and orks are just fun ^^

I actually used 12 paints for this one model, its really hard to see all of them with my bad camera:
Graveyard Earth
Dark Angels Green
Scorched Brown
Catachan Green
Dark flesh
Kommando Kjaki
Codex grey
Boltgun Metal
Skull white
Chaos Black
Blood Red
Tallarn Flesh
after I assembled them I lined them up and spray painted them Chaos Black on some newspaper. I guess I am a neat painter. I didnt repaint the base after I sprayed them all. I did have to do a lot of touch up work in close areas like the face and spots bewtween the armor and shirt. The face was the hardest, I got some white in there for teeth but it took a long time and by luck i think it happened to work out.

I found the option in my camera. Here are some close up. I see a lot of mistakes that need to be fixed. they look a lot different when you can see the mistakes, atleast it helps me find stuff to fix.
