Saw this over on Wired (http://blog.wired.com/27bstroke6/2008/10/if-election-08.html) and got a kick out of it. The article is if the US Presidential election was a sci-fi story and someone entered the following 40k story. Just thought I'd share, enjoy!

A mysterious warp storm appears over Washington DC. On November 3rd, Obama, McCain, and Biden are snatched by a horde of gibbering Spawn of Chaos and taken through the warp to the Eye of Terror. Confused voters elect Sarah Palin, who it turns out is a servant of the blood god Khorne. All of humanity is herded into the newly constructed Slaughter Pits of Alaska until our three heroes are rescued by the Ultramarines and returned to Terra.
