Hi guys,
I'm trying to get as much feedback on this list as possible.
So, please tell me how you think that this list would do against Imperial Guard (the particular IG army is troop heavy), Space Wolves (Which has a lot of Blood Claws), Dark Angels (Which is mixed Raven/Death Wing, has Sammael and I believe Belial in it), Orks (A very mech list, like half vehicles/half troops), and Chaos (Thousand Sons heavy). These are the lists I go against.
I know that it's a lot to process, sorry. Unless something HAS to be changed, please don't say, "Oh those guys suck compared to X, add in X instead". Instead, say, "Oh those guys won't work against Orks, add in X" Also, please don't suggest taking out the Avatar or the Guardians or the Wraithlords, as those are the only things I really have at this point.

Defending Guardian Defender

Not bad.
Starting from the top:
Avatar would do well against most. Very capable against MEQ units and is useful against transports containing some juicy infantry. However, he isnt very effective against IG because he has to travel half way across the battlefield to be effective, though he can attract lots of fire off your other valued units.
I use the same Farseer in a similar style list, but you may wanna check the pts value of him/her because i made it out to be 130. Probably the most effective combination i would say for this list.
Striking Scorpions will tear through Guard and are a great footslogging unit to support the Avatar as he does need some lighter but numerous attacks to support him. Especially in assaults against Orks. Here i would recommend only taking one squad of them. Perhaps replacing your other squad with Banshees. But if you do this you MUST give them a Wave Serpent. This will give you an aggressive melee threat for your opponents MEQs to worry about. Especially with your Farseer not far behind. I dont know where you are going to find the points for this... i know you said no commenting on the Guardians but perhaps dropping their numbers to 10 could help, and also a combination of a warlock with Destructor and 2 Flamers unleashes great amounts of carnage against orks and guard.
Another thing i noticed on pts is your jetbike squad. It was posted in the Eldar FAQ that warlocks on Jetbikes are now 36 pts/model instead of 45. And i also would like to comment on your chosen Warlock power... destructor requires you to get very close to the unit you are shooting at. Even with the 6" retreat they are still gonna be within assault range next turn. I recommend swapping this for Embolden, as their Ld 8 asses can get pinned easy by small arms fire. They are a good and flexible unit, just keep them out of combat and make use of their cannon fire.
Meched Avengers are always good. However, the Serpent could use a weapon capable of tank busting. Perhaps an EML.
IMHO the Wraithlords could be kitted a lot better. I would recommend the common EML/BL ranged Anti-tank lord for both of them.
With this i have no clue how you are going to afford all those points. But try to work it around a little and you might find a compromise.
In general your are lacking in ranged Anti-tank, which will not prove useful in many of your games.
Hope that helped. Good Luck! (PS sorry to write an essay)

Will fix the point cost for the Farseer!
The problem with the Howling Banshees, though, is that they need to have a transport, and I just don't really like the models. Plus for the most part they're wounding on 5's and they only have a 4+ save. Plus I like the Striking Scorpions more!
I'll change Embolden to Destructor, I did a little math-hammer and Destructor seems like a better choice.
On the jetbikes, I'll change Destructor to Embolden.
Will change the TL Scatter Lasers to TL EMLs.
Yeah I'm lacking Anti-Tank but I think that, in all, I go up against only 1 tank with an AV of higher than 12 and that is a Leman Russ Vanquisher. (We play "friendly" games so this kind of stuff is okay.)
Thank you, though, for your suggestions, as this will really sharpen up my list, thank you!

Two squads of Scorpions are a bit much, one should suffice.
Moreover, a single Serpent asks for getting smoked early in the game since each lascannon will point in its direction. Wraithlords need long range anti tank weapons since the army lacks anti tank.

Okay, so I removed a squad of Striking Scorpions, and gave a Wraithlord the EML+ BL combo. Also reduced Storm Guardian squad to 10.
I now have 170 points left. (I might have done some stuff wrong, as I don't have my codex with me at the moment...)
I was thinking of adding a squad of footslogging Dire Avengers, or perhaps another squad of 6 Jetbikes without a warlock.
Or, getting a Falcon, or even a Fire Prism (these things are so darn cool!) but they normally work best in 3's.
Quite honestly, at this point virtually nothing is set in stone except for 1. The Avatar, 2. The Storm Guardians, 3. The Striking Scorpion Squad and 4. The 2 Wraithlords.
Thank you guys so much for your help!

Nobody has anything to add?
I'm leaning more towards the Prism after doing little test battles, but would still like to hear what you guys think!
