Okay here's the question. If I have Shrike attached to a 10 man Assualt Termies Squad, and wait til the inflitrate to deploy, can I then decided to combat squad them and both units inflitrate? Not too sure on the wording, since you deploy inflitrating units last then when deploying them as inflitraters they combat squad if shrike ability is lost to the second unit.

The way I would interpret the rule would be :
The infiltrate ability would be lost (on the second squad) as Shrike is not longer attached to one it. So at best you could have one 5-man squad of terminators 18" away and the other one would be in your deployment zone.

I concur. And since you can't split into combat squads until you deploy the unit, you essentially would not be able to combat squad the unit in this case (as if you did the squad that wasn't deploying with Shrike would be breaking the deployment rules).
