I need to drop 20 points somewhere which won't be that hard but basically i've got a solid list with good range that can break into a lot of smaller units. Mobility. Lots of shots for hordes. Lots of scoring units. Lots of firepower to deal with big tanks. What do you guys think?

those 20 points can be saved by taking another heavy flamer for ure ironclad dread 2x heavy flamer that comes down next to a enemy unit is nasty.

I am intrigued about using the Khan special character on bike in conjunction with an all outflanking army. It appears you are well on your way to that type of army. I'd dump the scouts and Storm, change the Bike squads to 6 each and add 2 more 6-bike squads. I'd use any extra points to increase your attack bikes. It's not that far off your current list and it has the benefit of being completely off the board urn 1. In that regard you might consider changing one Ironclad dread to a regular dread. The multimelta can be a turn 1 kill attempt. If no target presents itself, you can drop the dread farther away and begin shooting at range.
