Secret Servicemen- Obama may be accompanied by a unit of 5-10 Stormtroopers. Use the rules in the Imperial Guard codex with the exception that every model may replace their lasgun with a special weapon at the cost in the entry. Obama may NOT leave this squad as Secret Servicemen are subject to the RETINUE rule, meaning Obama may NOT be singled out in close combat.

Boring Speach- Boring Speach is used during the shooting phase at any target within 12". Target must make a leadership check at -2, if the test is failed, target unit is pinned.

"True" Lord of "Change"- Obama's governing skills are such that the "Change" he promised during his election benefit only those closest to him and severely impose terrible taxation on the enemy armies in the form of military cutbacks. At the beginning of the game roll a d6 the result on the d6 is multiplied by 100, this is the amount of points that are removed from the opposing army chosen by the opposing player.

WARGEAR
Presidential Attire- Obama's suit radiates an aura of majesty and intimidation that prevents enemies from striking him. The Presidential Attire confers a 3+ Invulnerable Save.

Give the secret service men Carapace (bulletproof) vests, and dual laspistols. No Special weapons.

Instead of boring speech: like any politician Barack Obama has the ability "Fling Poo, Monkey Style", he flings crap hoping it sticks... against every model in base contact, Barack can make an unopposed "free" attack, if it hits (no wound roll necessary) the target is blinded and bogged down in the muck, losing 1 attack to a minimum of 1 attack.

And let's be honest here... As a Lord of "Change" the real result of his special ability should be "Played on Turn 5- after a lot of work trying to hammer through his vision of "Change" everything is about the same as it was- move every model back to its deployment area, including those removed as casualties (and wrecked vehicles.) then start over on Turn 1.

During either players assualt phase, after player attacks are allocated but before rolls to hit are made, the model with this ability can attempt to sidestep all attacks on himself by rolling a 5+ on a D6. The model is considered to be talking like Mr T Blair whilst the enemy attacks him and sows confusion with his stop start talking causing the enemy to flounder.
Any failed rolled are considered an automatic hit

Make rules for all of them, then add a rule that says if you have more than one politician on the board then each game turn roll a D6. On a 6 they stand around debating why they should be the leader of the (insert army here) and cannot move or assualt.
Though they act as normal if assualted and are considered to have furious charge special rule and considered to have charged the enemy when the enemy charges them as they are annoyed at being interupted.

If Politicians debate for two straight game turns then politicians automatically enter cc with each other.

Nice set of rules, though I'd save the 3+ inv save is a bit too much, 4+ or 5+ minimum I'd suggest

"Spread the Wealth" - Obama reduces the Force Organization Chart Elite slots to 1 while increasing Troop slots to 12 and allowing any vehicle to be taken as a Dedicated transport, even if it is not a transport vehicle.

I think Obama's speeches are to well put together for this.
I believe you need are unit upgrade for a 'Joe Biden' and rename the power 'Droning Monologue'

Old as Dirt/Tough as Nails- McCain is the most Eternal of all Eternal Warriors, so much that he at times indeed seems unkillable. If McCain dies, make a test against McCain's Leadership, if the check is passed do not remove the model, McCain is left on the table with a single wound.

Military Spending- In true Republican form, McCain is loathe to cease spending resources on military causing a seeminly endless horde of warriors. Whenever a selection from the TROOPS section in the armies FOC is removed from play, regardless of the source, roll a d6, on a result of 6 the entire unit may reenter combat coming onto the table from any board edge.

Chick Magnet- Not only is McCain's consort easy on the eyes, but his Lieutenant isnt so bad either. McCain's second in command may be taken for +50 pts. Warmistress Palin allows McCain to make his "Military Spending" rolls on a 5+ instead of 6+ due to her hotness.

I was going to write more but since I'm at work I cant type what's required.

Basically During the Election, McCain was beaten so badly his essence split into several "Avatar's" that are awoken by a brave warrior entering the sabbath room on the eve of battle yaddayaddayadda.....

You know what the scary thing is....I just finished writing each of these and I've done as much playtesting for the both of them as GW normally puts into major characters, or armies for that matter.
