legs from IG models.
bodies (and cloaks) from the WE glade guardians box.
the heads from glade guardians fits well.
then add a lasgun and arms
i would recomend catatch. though, since they have no long sleeves, and look better suited for that type of fighting

And lots of GS Cloaks. You could even possibly use Catachan, if you dont want to convert as much.

and all glade guardians have cloaks
so its just a case of catachan legs and arms (with gun).

Yeah, thats your best choice for a tanith army. Its a sad thing they never attempted to make an actual model selection that isnt 5 models of crap (Sorry if you personally like the models, and they need to make models for the MANY Many many other Regiments of Imperial Guard that are mentioned...)
