Can you tell me how to texture the game board? please!

They say cover in sand but I've seen the ones at my local GW and it's not sand, it's like torn up faom or something, its way less dense then sand and leaves small flate areas on the board rather then 100% lumpy sand.

Depends on what kind of texture you're looking for. I personally base the board with insulation foam, sand it down a bit for contour, seal it, paint it in the appropriate color, and apply flock in the appropriate color.

I like the ice terrain altho honestly it looks a bit simple. Blue foam cut with a hot wire cutter, drybrushed with white and a few trees and crystals?
