Dead on tie for me between Orks and Guard. Orks appeal because of their simplicity as a race, and the amazing modeling options they present. Guard because of the "common man" feel. In the universe full of super men, super aliens, and super machines... they are just normal guys with crappy guns, oh and the huge tanks behind their line of crappy guns.
