I live in the South Central part on MN and started playing 40k in 1st Ed. I had been playing Fantasy about a year or 2 before that playing Chaos. after amassing around 12k worth of Warriors, Knights, and Deamons my play group started into 40k. Not knowing much about the armies, I picked Bugs, partially because my good friend picked Marienes and at the time the starter box came with both and it got both of us started. I have since tried, Dark Eldar because the next edition had come out and the Tyranid Codex was a long way out and our group didn't like playing against non-up to date armies. I have since soldthem and less than a year ago started Witch Hunter after the self induced imbargo of 5 years on playing them passed(Best friend wanted to play them but never did). So here I am now, 4000 points of Bugs and 3500 point in Witch/Deamon Hunters and I am looking to expand. Looking forward to chatting with everybody after 6 months of lurking in the corner and reading everything.
