So i'm torn, i've got the models to bump the size of the Seeker unit and take models out of the Daemonette unit which is there basically to flush out my troops. I think I also need to find the points for an Icon to put on the Bloodcrushers(dropping the instrument). I'm not totally sold on soul grinder's instead of DP's either. But let it rip. Thanks guys

Wouldn't you like to know.

How about dropping the daemonettes and maybe even the seekers for a unit or two of plague bearers?

A couple reasons

Reason #1-I don't have any plaguebearers yet and i wanted to try an all out offensive force. I've got the horrors to keep range and hold my objectives so I wanted to go all out offensively.

Reason #2-I love the Seeker! though i am open to dropping the daemonettes for something. I'll probably give the PB's a chance when I get them painted.

you might what a bigger unit of seekers in case they come in in either a spot where they can get shot at easily or in the wrong wave and they are the only good target your opponent has.

Ok, how do you deal with av 14? Hope the soulgrinders get lucky?

For some more anti-tank, how bout adding a daemon prince? Not sure what you would want drop though, maybe the daemonettes, if anything you could just add him in if you need something for higher pt games...

My list is either 2 Soul Grinders, 2 Daemon Princes, or a Daemon Prince and Soul Grinder for anti-AV14. My heralds can golden bb kill the LR's (AP1 means they are only -1 on the damage chart so a 6 still kills) but i'm more than likely going to be relying on those big units to kill such an ugly vehicle. especially if there is more than one.

As for the seeker's i have 12 so i might drop the daemonettes for more. The seekers are hopefully a second wave unit that drops at 19-24 inches and hopefully rolls well (lots of hopefully). But they do produce 5 attacks each which I find fun

To be honest i haven't played much with daemons, i'm just getting started with them so I'm open to ideas for the army as well as tactics people have used well with them. Thanks for the responses so far.

How many points is the daemon prince that you usually use, if its the same amount as the daemonettes switch them out for the prince if you want or need the anti-tank.

If you need more anti-infantry by all means throw in the seekers and see how they work.

Take Screamers if your worried about armor - and i have had decent luck with my soul grinders (except i run 3 in a list)

I was thinking of a small unit of 3 screamers for anti-landraider/ig tanks. 48pts. for a tank doesn't seem like such a bad trade if they get there

As for the DP he's normally around 170-190 depending on the way I equip him. I'm still heavily in the play testing phase of this list and looking forward to seeing what works with my playing style.
