Ok, where can I find out how many shooting attacks a model/unit gets? It sounds like if the unit has 2 shooting weapons that they should get 2 ranged attacks. So the new SM codex, the tactical squads have both bolt pistols and boltguns. Do they get two shooting attacks? How do you tell if/when a unit/model does get multiple shooting attacks?
TIA,
-Pav

Unless a model is relentess it can only fire one weapon in the shooting phase. Walkers and tanks have their own set of rules for shooting.

Two shooting weapons mainly give you a choice of what to shoot, not the freedom to use both to do so.

Marines have Boltguns and pistols because if they shoot the bolter, they cannot launch an assault that turn and the bolt pistol allows them to shoot at the enemy before they charge.

No, Relentless does not mean you can fire more than one weapon.

Bikes with two crew (e.g. attack bikes) can fire one weapon per crew member.

Relentless means you can move and fire heavy/rapidfire weapons and that you can fire heavy/rapidfire weapons and then assault.

no relentless just lets them shoot on the move ... so you can fire heavy weapons, rapid fire (at max range) after you've moved and still assault

only things that can fire 2 guns are MC ... so till space marines get classed as MC they can only fire one gun per shooting phase ... END

you are only aloud to shoot one weapon at a time, you have to choose one or the other, unless it states so.

Good work, Spetulhu. You answered the question.

The rest of you.....sigh. Guesses at rules, bringing a USR into it, answering the wrong question.

Notice how the OP said "where".
