Hey guys, according to the way the current rules are written, do wyches gain an extra attack for 2 weapons in close combat?

The same goes for the frost blade from space wolves...

I'm not 100% sure they do and wanted to check

Yes they do. In the update (and in the 2nd edition of the codex) they specifically mention that Wyche Weapons count as two close combat weapons (of course, the basic ccw and splinter pistol that wyches come equipped with also count for the additional attack).

Not sure about the frost blade, but since it is a sword...

Cruetus is correct. I may have the direct quote a little off, but I believe the wych weapons rule states something along the lines of "the model counts as being armed with a splinter pistol and close combat weapon for the purpose of its own attacks."

Even better, Wyches with blaster are still considered to have wych weapons so they still benefit from the bonuses and +1 attack.
