mixing the weapons in the vyper squadrons might not be the optimal build, if your shooting hordes the BL is wasted and if your hunting heavy armor the Scatter lasers are wasted, plus your Vypers are exspensive at 110 points a piece for an open topped armor 10 vehicle, even if your moving to get the cover save

ok, with your invitation to rip it apart i shall, but in a nice caring way, like a ork clubbing a grot to help it stay awake:
1. jetbikes: "must be they go fats and have a twin linked catapult and give a 3+ Sv", wrong, dead wrong. they are fast and flexible yes, but hell, people are geared up to either smash you in CC and can stand to lose 10-20 boyz before doing it or have the AP to send you crashing down, too many points in one squad unless you max it out with warlock and conseal. YMMV
2. Fire dragons: yes nice bunch of aspects, but 10? are you expecting to face 3 monoliths or something this is overkill bad, even for termi hunting, 10 is just too expensive and they are fragile as it stands anyway, as soon as they pop out of the tank, bang, they get shot up bad and you loose all those points, cut it down to 6 max. spend the points else where.
3. Vipers: great squadren, fast and deadly, however mixing weapons is a big no-no, stick with the one type allowing you to concertrate firepower where it is needed without a wasted weapon, if you want both troop and tank killers in one then EML is there for you, or go 1-2 bright lance Vipers by itself and leave the rest to work on troops.
4. the banshees are fine, a good strong full squad, keep!

The 10 Fire Dragons are in the list because I fight marines and other stupid lists ie necrons and Death Guard, so pulling up and ganking a unit of plague and or deamon prince/greater deamon or on the marine front bikes, terminators, command squads.

Vypers in 3 two strong units ie
2 Lances
2 Scatter
2 Scatter

An assault with the Jetbikes is only after Vyper and Wave Serpent peppering a unit and Bike units clean up.

Well, the list is very fragile. Vypers fall easily and the Jetbike squadrons have a large foot print.
Vypers are only good if guided. Why star engines? They should shoot each turn and not zip around.

Two BS3 lances and a squad of Dragons may not be enough anti-tank at 2000. I always prefer 2 small FD squads vs. 1 big one.

Kill point number is okay, but you have 6 kill points that are very easy to take.

Most, if not all, of those vehicle upgrades aren't really necessary. HF/SS always for Falcons, but everything else I just leave naked...maybe Stones for Serpents if I'm feeling indulgent with my points.

Actually I really like the jetbikes for blowing up rhinos, you can always hit the rear armor with the shuriken cannons. But I'd never assault with them, infact I always try to make sure that they are never in CC. Unless I need to tie up a unit. They're like expensive guardians in CC.

Runes of witnessing on the farseers is a waste, i'd bring one with a rune of warding though.

You waste a lot of points on bells and whistles. I'd drop the vectored engines, star engines and spirit stones on everything and bring a falcon or 2. A much better way to spend points.
Star engines are cool on the waveserpents, but if that's the case i'd drop the scatterlaser and get a shuriken cannon to keep it cheap. The key to eldar is to bring a unit with one thing in mind, and cut the crap. so if the waveserpent is gonna be moving 36 inches you don't need guns.

A full squad of firedragons is overkill, I think the firepike is garbage. if you can take advantage of the firepikes range you're wasting 9 fusion gun shots. which is kinda why havin 10 fire dragons is a waste anyway, because you don't need 10 melta guns to blow up a land raider. You can only shoot once with fire dragons. They get raped in the counter-attack. Unless you're shooting at tanks in cover you don't need the crack shot. I'd rather have 2 squads of 5, that way you can split your fire. And if you bring a falcon like I suggest you can put them in it. You don't have any heavy support, which are the best mech the eldar can get. I don't get that.
